Exterior Cleaning for General Contractors
By the time exterior cleaning comes up, the schedule is already compressed and the owner walk-through is on the calendar. What a GC needs is a subcontractor who gives a straight answer about the date and then hits it.
We handle exterior post-construction cleaning across Northeast Ohio and want the repeat relationship, not the single job.
Contractor scope
- New concrete cleaning — splatter, slurry, mud and tracking
- Sidewalks, entrances and approach walks
- Building exteriors and facade dust film
- Parking areas, curbing and drive aprons
- Cleanup of staging and dumpster areas
Coordination and documentation
We work with the superintendent on sequencing, stay out of other trades' way, and provide before and after photos of cleaned areas for the closeout file when you need them.
Boundaries
We are exterior cleaning only. Interior final cleans and construction debris removal are not services we provide.
