Industrial Pressure Washing
Industrial facilities accumulate a different kind of soiling: exhaust and process residue on building exteriors, tire and hydraulic staining across dock aprons, and buildup in yard and equipment areas that ordinary cleaning does not touch.
We work on active industrial sites in Cuyahoga, Medina, Lorain, Summit, Geauga and Lake counties, and in the Akron and Canton areas for larger projects.

Site rules come first
Active plants have safety orientations, PPE requirements, sign-in procedures, restricted zones and shift patterns. We plan the work around them and expect to follow the facility's rules, not our own convenience.
Certificates of Insurance, workers' compensation coverage and vendor documentation are provided ahead of mobilization when your process requires them.
Assessment before estimate
Industrial projects are not quoted from a photo. We walk the site, document conditions, identify access and water sources, confirm drainage and containment requirements, and then price the work.
Commercial questions we get
- Do you work around production schedules?
- Yes. Work is scheduled around shifts, shipping windows and shutdowns, including nights and weekends where that is what the facility needs.
- Do you clean equipment?
- Exterior equipment cleaning is handled where it is appropriate for the equipment and the facility approves the method.
- Can you handle large facilities?
- Yes. Large exterior projects are a significant part of our commercial work, and larger scopes justify travel across Northeast Ohio.
