Post-Construction Exterior Cleaning
The exterior is usually the last thing addressed on a project and the first thing an owner sees at walk-through. Concrete splatter, mud tracking, adhesive residue, dust film on the facade and stained sidewalks all make finished work look unfinished.
We handle exterior post-construction cleaning for general contractors across Northeast Ohio, scheduled against the project calendar rather than a generic lead time.

Working on an active project
Exterior cleaning near punch-out gets squeezed by everything upstream of it. We plan for that: confirm the realistic window, coordinate with the superintendent, work around other trades, and keep cleaned areas from being retracked where sequencing allows.
Where documentation matters, we provide before and after photos of the areas we cleaned for the closeout file.
What we do not do
We are an exterior cleaning contractor. We do not perform interior final cleans, and we do not remove construction debris or waste from the site.
Commercial questions we get
- Can you clean new concrete?
- Yes, with attention to the concrete's age and cure. We adjust method accordingly rather than treating fresh slabs like mature ones.
- How fast can you mobilize for a turnover date?
- Tell us the date and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it. Contractor work is scheduled against project milestones.
- Do you provide documentation for closeout?
- Yes — photos of the areas cleaned, provided with the invoice when requested.
