How a program is built
We start with a site assessment and define a scope per area: what gets cleaned, how often, and what triggers additional work. From there, dates are set in advance so your calendar and ours agree, and reminders go out ahead of each visit.
Scopes are reviewed as conditions change. If a quarterly area really needs monthly attention, or a monthly area does not, we say so.
