Commercial Concrete Cleaning

Concrete is where a commercial property shows its wear first: gum and spill staining at entrances, black buildup around dumpster enclosures, tire marks and hydraulic residue on dock aprons, and general graying across every walkway.

We clean commercial concrete with surface equipment sized for the area, which produces an even result across large slabs instead of visible cleaning paths.

Areas we clean

  • Storefront sidewalks and customer entrances
  • Walkways, plazas and courtyard hardscape
  • Dumpster pads and enclosure areas
  • Loading docks, dock aprons and service drives
  • Parking garage decks, ramps and stairwells
  • Parking lot concrete, curbing and islands
  • Drive-through lanes and pickup areas

Water management

Commercial concrete cleaning has to account for where the water goes — storm drains, tenant entrances, adjacent properties and surface debris. We plan containment and rinse control based on the site rather than treating it as an afterthought.

Recurring concrete programs

Entrances, dumpster pads and high-traffic walkways typically look best on a recurring cycle rather than being restored once a year. Frequency depends on traffic, food service, and how visible the area is to customers.

Commercial questions we get

Do you clean dumpster pads?
Yes, including enclosure areas and the approach concrete around them. It is one of the most commonly requested recurring items.
Do you clean parking garages?
Yes — decks, ramps, stairwells and pedestrian areas, scheduled in sections so the garage stays usable.
Can gum and spill staining be removed?
Gum and most organic spill staining respond well. Deep oil and chemical staining varies, and we will tell you what to expect after seeing it.

Need commercial window cleaning too?

Our operating company also runs Cleveland Window Cleaners, which handles commercial window cleaning across the same territory. If both are on your list, tell us and we can coordinate.

Let's look at the property.

Send the property details and we'll set up a site assessment, document existing conditions and put together an estimate based on what's actually there.
